How Glide Seat Was Born
I’m Ali Parsa, a master barber based in Vancouver, Canada. After years of standing long hours behind the chair, I knew there had to be a better way to protect our health without sacrificing precision. Out of that need, I designed and built the Glide Seat — the first of its kind in Canada.
Born directly from real shop experience, Glide Seat allows barbers and stylists to work seated, glide effortlessly around clients, and maintain total control. I use it every day in my own salon, continuously refining it to achieve the perfect balance of comfort, durability, and performance. What started as a personal solution is now becoming a game-changer for barbers and stylists everywhere.
